Straight answers to what we are asked the most

For water and wastewater professionals, our content is developed to align with OWWCO continuing education unit categories. For industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities, our training is structured to support compliance documentation requirements and can serve as evidence of due diligence in the event of a regulatory audit or municipal inspection. We are actively pursuing formal CEU provider approval — ask us about the current status of a specific course when you reach out.
-
Yes. In-person delivery at your facility is one of our preferred formats because we believe the best training happens in the environment where the work actually takes place. We travel across Ontario to water and wastewater utilities, municipal facilities, and industrial plants of all sizes. For teams working across shifts or multiple locations, we also offer virtual and hybrid formats that maintain the same quality of engagement. If you are located outside Ontario or in a remote community, reach out and we will work with you to find the right delivery approach.

Customization starts before we design a single slide. We begin every engagement with a conversation about your team, your challenges, your operational environment, and what success looks like for your organization. We then adapt our content — scenarios, examples, language, and emphasis — to reflect your specific context. Whether you are a small rural utility, a large regional authority, or an industrial facility managing pre-treatment compliance, the training your team receives will speak directly to the work they do every day.
-
Absolutely. Some of our most valued clients are small systems with just a handful of staff. We offer scaled formats, flexible pricing, and on-demand training options built around small team realities. We can also group multiple small utilities or facilities together for shared sessions, making quality training accessible without the cost of a full program. If your team is small, we work with that, not around it.
-
Yes. We accept credit card payments, issue direct invoices, and accommodate purchase orders and formal procurement requirements for municipalities, businesses, and industrial organizations. Let us know your preferred process during the proposal stage and we will take care of the rest

We call it the Manyaka Commitment. If your first session is not valuable for your team, we do not ask you to simply accept that. We will offer a follow-up session at no cost or issue a full refund. We built this guarantee into how we operate because we are confident in what we deliver, and because we would rather earn your trust than ask for it upfront.
